At Fuqua I’ve learned that leadership spans different domains. You need to be able to authentically project who you are, show concern and understanding for others, and create a sense of team identity. I’ve recognized the importance of setting high expectations to inspire a group, as well as providing resources and feedback to foster initiative.
Before Fuqua
I work as a consulting manager at Third I, a boutique data analytics consultancy, helping businesses find value and draw meaningful insights from their data. I lead engagements with clients across a wide variety of industries and manage software development teams that deliver tailored, end-to-end analytics solutions by combining the right technologies with best practices.
After Fuqua
My short-term goals are focused on helping my company to grow. Long-term I want to bring sophisticated data analytics to foreign markets, starting with Latin America, through a consulting startup. I also want to turn my love of teaching into a scalable model with lasting social impact to promote technology and engineering opportunities for youth.
