CASE Scholar, CASE i3 Fellows
Cecilia Iliesiu Dolan is passionate about the intersection of business, social impact, the arts, and healthcare. Originally from New York City, she built a 16-year career as a professional ballet dancer, rising to Principal Dancer at Pacific Northwest Ballet (PNB). During her dance career, she founded three initiatives: Ballet Life Coach Consulting, Global Ballet Teachers (a nonprofit spanning 470 educators across 51 countries), and the PNB School Mentorship & Wellness Program, each rooted in a commitment to empowering others and expanding access to the arts.
At Fuqua, Cecilia is pursuing the Health Sector Management and Social Entrepreneurship certificates, drawn to business school as a pathway toward impactful leadership. This summer, she interned at Edwards Lifesciences as an MBA Summer Associate, building a global competitive intelligence hub and process to streamline intel sharing across regional marketing teams worldwide. As a CASE i3 Fellow, she is leaning into new territory, exploring how impact investing shapes purpose-driven organizations and how capital can drive long-term social impact in the communities.
In her free time, Cecilia is chasing after her son, venturing on hikes, or dancing for fun!
